·       Mental Health Training

We deliver bespoke mental health and wellbeing training in person or remotely for your teams. We tailor training content to your unique business needs. Topics include Neurodiversity in the Workplace, Working with Perfectionism, Trauma-Informed Communication and Understanding Mood Disorders. Training gives managers the confidence and tools to effectively manage demands, recognise need and support their people.

·       Mental Health & Wellbeing Culture

We run engagement sessions, in person or online. These help staff to feel supported and seen, giving them the confidence to ask for help when they need it. We can tailor delivery to your unique business needs. We can offer informal drop-in or sign-up sessions, attendance at key meetings or staff engagement exercises.

·       Organisational Consultancy

We work with organisations to evaluate existing processes and policies to build better, more effective ways of working. We help to identify any organisational shortcomings around mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and make recommendations for training and skills development. Improved approaches lead to improved productivity, lower absence, and improved retention.

·       Specialist Inquiry support

The Condition Management Company has a national reputation for delivering high quality, specialised inquiry support. We were commissioned by Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICB to provide support to individuals and families impacted by the Ockenden Maternity Review. We have also been commissioned by the Office of the Nottinghamshire Police and Crime Commissioner to provide the Nottingham Response Service to support the victims and families impacted by the Valdo Calocane incident in Nottingham, as well as supporting them through the duration of the Nottingham Inquiry. Our inquiry support offer is built to the needs of the commissioner and the specific inquiry, focusing on patient need and providing stability throughout a difficult process. Our trauma-informed treatment pathways are designed to ensure that clients experience a seamless service and remain at the centre of decision making. We also support inquiry teams in ensuring their approach minimises harm to those already affected whilst going through the inquiry process.
