 Job Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CBT psychotherapist with expertise in working with children and young people, who is also confident delivering therapy to adults. This is a unique opportunity to work across a variety of presentations, including trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and family-based difficulties.

You will join a supportive, multidisciplinary team. This role provides significant variety, with high-quality therapy and excellent outcomes as the key focus across all areas.

This role offers genuine clinical autonomy within a supportive environment. You’ll work across a range of contracts, combining focused short-term interventions with more complex, longer-term therapeutic work.

Our work includes:

  • Private psychotherapy for individual clients

  • Delivery of specialist services, such as our Family Psychological Support Service for on-going maternity reviews

  • Occupational psychotherapy to support staff in the workplace or in returning to work

  • Psychological interventions for children and young people

  • Tailored psychotherapy for neurodivergent clients

  • Collaboration with schools, social services, and external agencies

This role offers an excellent opportunity for therapists who enjoy variety, working in a client-centred way, and a setting where their expertise is valued.

  • Experienced (minimum three years post-qualification) in clinical CBT delivery

  • Skilled and experienced in working with children, young people, and their families

  • Confident in producing high-quality, evidence-based clinical reports and communicating findings clearly to referrers and partner organisations

  • Skilled in working autonomously, maintaining focus and quality across both brief and longer-term treatment pathways

  • Committed to client and family-centred, outcome-focused practice

 What We Offer

  • Salary: £52,000 – £62,000 depending upon experience

  • 35 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)

  • Company pension scheme

  • Clinical supervision and ongoing CPD opportunities

We are a flexible employer and happy to discuss individual working arrangements or tailored compensation options.
