The Condition Management Company is led by clinicians with over 60 years in combined clinical experience and service design, across Nottingham and further afield. Our team have developed, operated and evaluated large scale services for the NHS and Department of Work and Pensions.

We have also been involved in specialist service development, produced training programmes and provided performance consultation to other clinical services. Now we have taken the opportunity to focus on developing a local, personalised service with clients at the heart of the service.

Current Vacancies

Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists

Location: Nottingham
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per year

We would like to hear from skilled CBT therapists with a proven record of strong clinical outcomes. We are particularly interested to hear from candidates who have significant experience in working with the following areas:

• Trauma including traumatic grief

• Children and young people

• ASD/ADHD

We also welcome applications from experienced psychotherapists with wider experience who would like to be involved in this growing business.

Base salary starting at £50K, rising to £60K dependent on experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

To be eligible for these roles, you must have a post-graduate diploma or Masters level qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and a minimum of three years’ post qualification experience in a CBT role.
